氧化钙固体碱催化剂用于大豆油和甲醇酯交换制备生物柴油的研究

对氧化钙固体碱催化剂用于甲醇和大豆油的酯交换反应制备生物柴油（脂肪酸甲酯）进行了研究，考察了醇油摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对生物柴油产率的影响，以及采用四氢呋喃等溶剂溶解产物中的甘油和脂肪酸甲酯以分离回收催化剂的方法。结果表明，在醇油摩尔比为12、反应温度为65℃、催化剂用量为8％、反应1．5h的条件下，生物柴油产率达到了95％以上。重复使用实验结果表明，CaO的催化活性比K2CO3／γ-Al2O3和KF／γ-Al2O3固体碱催化剂高，寿命更长，重复使用20次后催化效果无明显下降。     

Transport of a surface-applied corrosion inhibitor in cement paste and concrete

Surface-applied corrosion inhibitors are a kind of repair material and usually contain an aminoalcohol and a component forming a salt with the aminoalcohol. According to the manufacturers, this type of inhibitor penetrates very rapidly into concrete; however, the transport mechanisms have not been sufficiently investigated so far. The major part of the study therefore focused on the transport of the ingredients of an inhibitor in cement paste and concrete, which contained an aminoalcohol and a phosphorous compound. It has been shown that the latter forms an insoluble calcium salt in the environment of cement and precipitates quantitatively. It is thus unable to penetrate from the outside into the alkaline concrete zone and cannot develop its inhibiting effect there. The aminoalcohol, on the other hand, is not bound by cement, but remains largely dissolved in the pore liquid, thus providing optimal conditions for high mobility. The analysis of the transport mechanisms involved has revealed that diffusion in the dissolved state is by far the most efficient transport mechanism. While basically the transport of the aminoalcohol via the gaseous phase is possible, it does play an inferior role only. Surprisingly, the substance had hardly been absorbed by concrete by capillary suction, but at first remained close to the concrete surface.     

Trypsin Inhibitor Activity In Vitro Digestibility and Sensory Quality of Meat-Like Yuba Products as Affected by Processing

Soybeans ( Glycine max ) were soaked and ground to obtain soymilk. The soymilk was cooked in an open tank and held at 85 to 90 deg;C. Yuba films were picked up in 20 min intervals and dried for 20 min. Yuba films were soaked in chicken-flavor solutions (25% and 35%), and baking soda (BS) solutions (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3% BS), and cooked at 100 °C for 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min. TIA decreased (p < 0.05) with the increase of heating time and BS concentration. In vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) decreased with heating time and BS concentration (p < 0.05). Sensory characteristics were affected by flavor concentration. By using 0% BS, 25% of the chicken flavor concentration, and a short heating time method, meat-like products with low TIA, high IVPD, and good sensory characteristics were obtained.     

水解植物蛋白(HVP)的酶法制备及应用

利用胰蛋白酶水解豆粕粉来制备植物水解蛋白（HVP），确定了胰蛋白酶的最佳水解条件为：T=55℃，PH=8.0,E/S=2600u/g，固液比1：8，水解6h。得到了收率高，水溶性好的HVP。还举例说明了酶解HVP液在调味品方面的应用。     

Inhibition of atmospheric corrosion of mild steel by sodium benzoate treatment

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of sodium benzoate as an inhibitor to slow down or prevent atmospheric corrosion/discoloration of the local mild steel during storage in the Arabian Gulf region. Test specimens were prepared from locally produced reinforcing steel products. The inhibitor solution was applied on steel specimens at a concentration of 100 mM for 1 day at room temperature. Wooden exposure racks were used to hold as-received and inhibitor-treated specimens during atmospheric exposure for different periods. Corrosion was evaluated through weight loss determination and electrochemical technique. As expected, the Arabian Gulf atmosphere was corrosive on the as-received local mild steel. On the other hand, treatment of steel with sodium benzoate lowered its corrosion rate during initial days of its exposure to atmosphere. However, atmospheric corrosion inhibition performance of sodium benzoate deteriorated with exposure time after 30 or more days of atmospheric exposure, and the corrosion rates of sodium benzoate-treated specimens reached that of the unprotected specimens at the end of 90 days of atmospheric exposure.     

大豆浸出毛油脱胶新工艺

对大豆浸出毛油脱胶工艺路线中的膜除杂工艺、酶解法脱胶工艺进行了研究,并对影响酶解法脱胶工艺的主要因素进行了单因素实验,同时对各主要因素对该工艺的综合影响进行了正交优化,得出了该工艺的主要影响因素在该工艺中的最佳操作条件,即酶解4h、水化1.25h、预热温度为70℃、酶用量0.35g/750mL毛油.     

增产胺的合成与应用

在相转移条件下合成了增产胺，产率达９４％。田间实验表明，增产胺对大豆具有增加光合作用，促进生长，增花增英，大幅度提高单产的作用。大豆亩产增加３１．４％；大豆的质量明显改善，蛋白质和脂肪含量分别提高１５．３４％和６．５８％。     

环氧大豆油增塑剂的合成

本合成采用无溶剂一步法环氧化工艺，取消了苯作溶剂，用新型催化剂代替硫酸，在稳定剂上用３０％双氧水合成的环氧大豆油，环氧值达９５％以上。     

Internal-corrosion inhibitors for pipelines carrying deaerated heating water

The effect of internal-corrosion inhibitors on heating-system pipelines is investigated. Tests were conducted on a testing device for polarization measurements under conditions corresponding to the Rostov Heat-Supply System. The concentration of OEDP-zinc, which provides a high degree of protection from general corrosion, is determined.
